We will help you create a village of your own.
Full business support
You don't need to run a website. You don't need to write up contracts. You don't even need to do bookkeeping. You focus on your program, we focus on the stuff that makes other business owners quit: Everything else.
Someone hasn't been paying you? We collect the money.
Someone doesn't pick up their kid on-time? We help you with boundaries.
The key thing: You're not alone.
Earn a great income
Simple, earn a healthy income.
This isn't a get quick scheme, it's honest work which is vitally important to society. You will not only be able to offer affordable care cheaper than McDaycares, but you'll earn more than twice the income of the average daycare employee. If you're a stay at home-parent, you can even do it with your child.
Science based training
Following the 5 principles that guide our organization is easy. What's not easy is doing things on your own. We train you on how to do everything from talking to the kids to working with the adults. It's more than just being a good teacher, it's being a leader, building a community, and creating a village not only for your clients but for you too.
So how does it work?
Home-based childcare
There is a saying that it "takes a village" to raise kids. But it's not a village if it's run out of a 3 story mega-complex with parents who are strangers to each other. Your village is run from home. There is no risk with needing to buy or rent special facilities to build a daycare. You already have everything you need.
We help you get licensed
Many who aspire to run their own program get bogged down with the details of licensing requirements. It's a barrier to entry that has been be a boon for large corporate daycares who have more resources to overcome the obstacles to licensing. No longer does the underdog need be stifled by regulation favoring big business!
Begin your journey
Before you launch you begin the process of enrolling families into your village while you get trained. This way you do not need to quit your job before your operation begins.
Doing this right determines your experience, it is a magical and important time in your hero's journey.
How much does it cost?
$50 Application Fee
This fee is to get the ball rolling in opening a new daycare.
It is important to do you research about what program is most suitable to you.
Here is a link of 15 child care businesses you can open. We call these businesses "McDaycares" because they can cost millions of dollars to open.
Some of the directors who buy into the idea of a big-commercial-money-centered-daycares often earn less than we did in our first years of business with all of their expenses. We always hear about these daycares shutting down in the news due to negligent and under paid staff.
